We love cookie dips! For example, our Christmas Cookie Dip is a holiday tradition, even though it can be enjoyed any time of year. We got the idea, while making our Easter Crack Saltine Toffee to take one of our favorite Easter candies- Cadbury mini eggs, to make this Mini Egg Cheesecake Dip! The ingredients of this are almost a mix between cream cheese frosting and cheesecake, plus the added mini eggs, and cookies or fruit for dipping. So good!

To make it, you’ll need-

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • Assorted cookies, apple slices, or strawberries, for serving

Here’s how you’ll make this- it’s super easy with just combining a few ingredients!

Cadbury Mini Egg Cheesecake Dip process

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter at medium speed until light and fluffy, about 6 minutes, scraping down halfway.

2. With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the powdered sugar a little at a time until completely incorporated.

3. Add the brown sugar and vanilla, beating well.

4. Fold in the candy and serve.

This is so good, and can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
