If Christmas tree cakes are seeming to be hard to find, we had the best luck at our local Walmart. They were tucked away on a little end cap in our store.

Christmas Tree Dip Recipe Tips:

  • For serving this Christmas tree dip recipe, place dip in the middle of your serving tray and surround it with all of your favorite dippers. We used strawberries, grapes, pretzels, and Pepperidge farm Chessmen cookies, which are so cute for Christmas. Some other great ideas would be animal crackers, shortbread cookies, gingerbread cookies, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, and any other fresh fruit you like!
  • Try this with the Chocolate Christmas tree cakes! I bet it would be delicious, as well! You could really make this with any of your favorite holiday snack cakes. It is the perfect sweet treat for your next holiday party.
  • Cover any leftovers with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. We find that cool whip desserts tend to separate after a bit, so this is best served as soon as it is chilled after making.
