  • 3 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
  • 2 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract, divided
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream, divided
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

How to Make Banana Cream Pie
