If you are looking for a way to make your own Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe at home I’ve got you. This makes for a delicious drink that is sure to hit those pumpkin cravings, plus, you can make one anytime you want if you keep a few ingredients on hand. We used easy, instant espresso to make ours, but you can use your cold brew coffee or premade espresso, too. In my personal opinion, this recipe is better than the coffee shop version. Plus, you know what ingredients are in your drink, and you can use any milk you like- coconut milk, oat milk, soy milk, or another non-dairy milk.

  • This is also a great way to use up any leftover pumpkin puree from other recipes.

Substitutions & Tips:

  • If the maple syrup doesn’t add enough sweetness for you, add a small amount of brown sugar, or whatever sweetener you prefer.
  • You can use your choice of milk- skim milk or whole milk, or use a non-dairy alternative.
  • You can use a pumpkin pie spice blend, or you can use your own homemade pumpkin pie spice.
  • You can easily make your own cold foam instead of the whipped cream, by using the milk frother to froth some extra milk for the top.
