Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe
I hope you are ready to learn how to make your own delicious crockpot pumpkin spice latte. It’s official- it’s Pumpkin Spice Latte season! However, before you jump in the car, let’s talk about how you can make your very own Pumpkin Spice Lattes right in your crockpot. It is so easy, and you are going to love them. There is something really special about this recipe. These were inspired, of course, by the famous Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte.
How do you make pumpkin spice lattes in the crockpot?
Okay, so here are the ingredients you’ll need to get started-
- 3 cups whole milk
- 3 cups brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Here’s how to make it-
Combine milk & coffee in your crockpot.
Add pumpkin puree, sugar, and spices. Whisk ingredients together.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours, until mixture is warmed to your preference and sugar is dissolved. Stir in vanilla.
Once finished, divvy out a delicious crockpot pumpkin spice latte into your favorite mug. You can leave these on warm until they are gone, but they don’t do so great leftover. I like to top them with whipped cream (lots of it), plus extra pumpkin pie spice on top. These would be so delicious for a Fall brunch or just to enjoy on a Sunday morning.
These turned out so good, and let’s be honest, sometimes I just want to enjoy things at home, in my PJs, so now I can make these instead of getting in my car and going to Starbucks. They’d also be great to serve at your Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving, just double the recipe to serve more people, and make sure you have plenty of whipped cream. Yum!
