Tips for the best Banana Pudding Fluff

  • Use ripe bananas– ripe bananas add the best flavor and natural sweetness to this dessert.
  • Add nilla wafers right before serving– if you prefer the wafers to stay crunchy, stir them in right before serving instead of during chilling
  • Soften the cream cheese fully– room temperature cream cheese blends much more smoothly and prevents lumps.
  • Make it ahead– this dessert is perfect to prepare a few hours ahead of time for parties.

Storage– store leftover banana pudding fluff in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Because of the bananas, this dessert is best enjoyed within the first day or two.
