Pineapple Pretzel Fluff

Pineapple Pretzel Fluff Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- (1) 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- About 4 ½ cups cool whip (1 ½ 8 ounce containers)

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine pretzels, melted butter, and ½ cup sugar.

Step 3: Spread the pretzel mixture out evenly into a layer onto the parchment paper.

Step 4: Bake for 7 minutes.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and allow the pretzel mixture to cool completely.

Step 6: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, until smooth.

Step 7: Mix in remaining ½ cup granulated sugar, drained pineapple, and cool whip, until well combined.

Step 8 : Reserve about 1/4 cup of the candied pretzels for sprinkling on top, and mix the rest of the pretzel pieces into the cream cheese mixture. Chill until ready to serve.

Step 9: Add to a serving bowl, top with reserved pretzel pieces, and serve with extra pretzels for dipping.

How to Store this Pineapple Pretzel Fluff Salad
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container, before serving again you’ll want to mix everything really well, and you want to enjoy this within 48 hours of making.
Substitutions & Tips:
You can do this same recipe with any drained, canned fruit- think chopped pears, mixed fruit, mandarin oranges, or any other canned option that you see in fruit salads.
