This Strawberry Delight recipe is the perfect no-bake dessert recipe for strawberry season. It is our favorite layered dessert, made with an easy graham cracker crust and layers of creamy filling, including regular cheesecake, a layer of strawberry cheesecake flavored with strawberry gelatin (our favorite part of this dessert), and whipped cream.

Strawberry Delight Recipe

This recipe uses simple ingredients, here’s the list of what you’ll need-

  • Graham crackers
  • Granulated sugar
  • Melted butter
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Cream cheese
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Lemon juice
  • Cool whip whipped topping
  • Strawberry jello

Directions:

Step 1: Crush graham crackers, or blitz in your food processor to crumbs.

Step 2: Add sugar and melted butter to graham cracker crumbs, and mix to combine.

Step 3: Press graham cracker mixture into an 8×8 inch pan or baking dish to make the graham cracker base.

Step 4: Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the graham cracker crust mixture.

Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, and beat until smooth. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl, as necessary.

Step 6: Add vanilla and lemon juice, and mix to combine.

Step 7: Add powdered sugar slowly, mixing well between additions. 

Step 8: Add half of the container of cool whip, and mix again until everything is well incorporated.

Step 9: Add half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the layer of strawberries, and smooth out evenly.

Step 10: For the next layer, to the mixing bowl, add strawberry jello mix. Mix well to combine.

Step 11: Add the strawberry layer on top of the original cheesecake layer.

Step 12: Cover with plastic wrap and move the dessert to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set, or overnight. Before serving, top with the other half of the cool whip topping, and a sprinkling of crushed graham crackers.

Store any leftover in an airtight container. We recommend freezing no-bake desserts and thawing on the counter before serving.

Delicious Strawberry Delight or Strawberry Lasagna dessert. Layers of cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • About 16 graham cracker sheets (equals 2 cups crushed in the processor), plus a little extra for topping, optional
  • 1 tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 1lb. Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 (8 oz.) blocks of cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) container of cool whip, divided
  • ¼ cup strawberry jello mix

Instructions
