These Golden Grahams S’mores Bars are so easy to make. We used golden grahams cereal, mini marshmallows, and Hershey’s bars to make these delicious cereal treats. Move over rice krispies, these will be your new favorite cereal bar. You can whip these up in just a few minutes, and they are the perfect way to celebrate Summer fun.

  • These golden graham bars are an easy no-bake treat. Instead of graham crackers we use golden grahams cereal, which gives us that graham cracker flavor but in a crunchier, sweeter way.
  • The whole Hersey’s bar pieces on top really remind us of making our favorite S’mores treats. They are sure to cure those S’mores cravings this Summer, and the whole family will love them.
  • They are the perfect treat for camping, a camping theme party, or any Summer celebration.

How to Make Golden Grahams S’mores Bars

Ingredients:

  • 6.5 cups golden grahams cereal
  • 4 tbsp. Salted butter
  • 7 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • 3 Hershey chocolate bars

Directions:

Step 1: Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

Step 2: In a large pot, heat butter over medium low heat, until melted.

Step 3: Stir in 5.5 cups miniature marshmallows, and stir frequently, until those are melted, as well.

Step 4: Remove from the heat and stir in golden grahams and remaining 1.5 cups miniature marshmallows.

Step 5: Add half of the cereal marshmallow mixture to the 9×13 inch pan and press it evenly into the bottom.

Step 6: Break the Hershey bars apart and add 1.5 bars to that layer of cereal mixture.

Step 7: Add the other half of the cereal mixture and press it down into the pan.

Step 8: Top with the other 1.5 Hershey bars.

Step 9: Allow the bars to set in the refrigerator for about an hour, then cut into squares and enjoy.

Tips:

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
  • You can also stir in some semisweet chocolate chips to boost the chocolate flavor in these bars. About 1/2 cup should do it.
  • To press the mixture into the pan easily, use parchment paper or wax paper over your hands, or spray your hands with non-stick spray.
