Okay, so once you have your sweet potatoes peeled and cut, here’s what you’ll do-

  • Turn your air fryer on to 400 degrees, and let it go for a minute or two to preheat.
  • These sweet potatoes make a lot of fries, so you’ll want to divide them up into 3 separate batches.
  • In a large bowl, toss your chopped sweet potatoes in the 1/4 cup of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Throw 1/3 of the potatoes into your air fryer, and set the time on 9 minutes.
  • You’ll want to take them out at about the 5 minute mark and give your basket a little shake to make sure the fries don’t end up stick together.
  • Once your sweet potato ends start looking a little crispy, it’s time to take them out.
  • Repeat this for the other two batches of fries, as well.

Here’s what you’ll need-

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • About 12 ounces of mini marshmallows- about 3/4 of the bag
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar.
