Patriotic Cheesecake Parfaits
I love anything cheesecake, to be honest, but my husband said these Patriotic Cheesecake Parfaits were delicious. I used some easy peasy instant Jello cheesecake pudding to make them, so they’re quick and there’s no baking or cooking involved. Talk about the perfect Summer dessert.
I love these stemless wine glasses. Not only are they perfect for wine, but they also make really great dessert glasses, and I use them all the time.
The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. My husband served in the Marine Corps, so the holiday definitely holds a special place in our home. I love creating festive patriotic treats, and these are delicious!
We don’t always have get-togethers for the 4th of July, last year we spent it at our local State Park watching fireworks, but these are fun to make any time, just because.
These only take a few ingredients to put together, here’s what you’ll need-
- 2 boxes Jello sugar-free, fat-free Cheesecake instant pudding
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1-2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
- Whipped cream for topping
- Stemless wine glasses, or small 8oz mason jars
This will make 3-4 parfaits
Once you have your strawberries quartered, add 2 packages of the 1 oz. Cheesecake pudding mix into a bowl, and whisk in 4 cups of milk. Set aside, the pudding will thicken some as it sits.
Add a small handful of strawberries to your parfait glass, then scoop in about 1 cup of Cheesecake pudding. Add a handful of blueberries. Top with whipped cream and garnish with additional strawberries or blueberries.
You’ll want to serve these immediately, they tend to all melt together if you store them in the refrigerator for too long.
These cheesecake parfaits will make the perfect finishing touch to your 4th of July or Memorial Day celebration. To get a printable version of this recipe, see below.
