  • 1 box of yellow cake mix (we prefer Betty Crocker)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

You could use any mix ins you like, though- think chopped nuts, white chocolate chips, M&Ms, etc… This recipe makes soft cookies that are a bit chewy. They are fluffy and perfect. 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil, until well combined and cookie dough has formed.

2. Fold in milk chocolate chips.

3. Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough balls onto the parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.
