• 1 box of yellow cake mix (we prefer Betty Crocker)
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Obviously, for chocolate chip cake mix cookies, that’s chocolate chips. You could use any mix ins you like, though- think chopped nuts, white chocolate chips, M&Ms, etc… This recipe makes soft cookies that are a bit chewy. They are fluffy and perfect. Yellow Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookie Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil, until well combined and cookie dough has formed.

2. Fold in milk chocolate chips.

3. Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough balls onto the parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.

4. Bake for 9-10 minutes, until the bottoms of the cookies are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack, and enjoy!
