Valentine’s Day Drink | Love Potion Floats
January is almost over, can you believe it? February and Valentine’s Day are right around the corner. I have a few fun sweet treat recipes to share with you this year, and the first is this Valentine’s Day drink- Love Potion Floats! We had a lot of fun making these (and then drinking them) and I know you guys will love them.
These are super easy to whip up, and need just 4 ingredients-
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 3 cups strawberry soda
- Whipped Cream
- Valentine’s Day Sprinkles
You can also grab these large mason jars to make them in. Any container will work, though.
Start by putting 2-3 large scoops of ice cream in your jar. After trying this with 2 scoops, I definitely recommend 3 (maybe even 4). 😉
Pour Strawberry soda over the ice cream and fill the jar. I love the strawberry soda for this it is so pretty and gives us a fun pink colored float.
This is a super sweet drink, but if you enjoy floats, this one will be right up your alley.
To finish, top with whipped cream and Valentine’s Day sprinkles, and add a straw! You might need a spoon, too.
Your sweetie will love this fun Valentine’s Day drink. You could grab some smaller jars and have your kids help make them, too!
