Valentine Peanut Butter Blossoms

I’m excited to share these Valentine Peanut Butter Blossoms today! One of our favorite cookies of all time is the Peanut Butter Blossom made with bisquick, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, etc… We love making them at Christmas and really any time of year, so I got the idea to use peanut butter heart candies on top of the blossoms. Let’s just say, they turned out so good, so here we are.

Valentine Peanut Butter Blossoms

We used Palmer’s chocolate heart candies with peanut butter inside. I was a little worried at first they’d be too big for the cookies, but unlike the chocolate kiss version, when we pressed these into the hot cookies, the chocolate began to melt and really melded with the cookies, making them stick together. If you can’t find these, peanut butter cups are a really great alternative, or even Reese’s peanut butter cup heart candies! Any chocolate heart shaped candy would be great- think butterfinger hearts, too! The best thing about this recipe is that it is super easy, no hand mixer or paddle attachment needed for this method. Let’s talk about how to make them.
